Has anybody got it to work with buying goods from the qantas store?

1 have 3 but the point I was trying to make is that you can split payments over two cards

I have a 2x night stay coming up and will try and split across two cards - ideally pre-booking to secure cheaper rates would be great!

You can split payment over as many cards as you like assuming that they accept them.

I can confirm that it looks like it does work. I purchased a night with a full prepayment required. Its come through as pending, but I also got the email acknowledging the spend at Hilton. It does however say , 'should you meet T&C's your credit will appear within 5 business days etc'.
So i'm pretty confident it did/has worked. Interestingly though, the amex pending merchant is called 'kathy theirl'.

Re the recent Dan Murphy's offer - several people have commented today on this Ozbargain thread https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/269932?page=2#comment (most recent comments at the bottom of page 3) that they've checked the balance or gone to use their Dan Murphy's gift cards and found the funds had already been used!

My son had the same "problem". $50 DM gift card, went to local DM to use it and value was zero!? Turns out it was used at Woollies Miranda, he was never near Miranda on the day and he never shared card details with others...

There's a problem with one of the ones I purchased from DM's recently as well.

I can check the balance of all of the ones except for one of them which it wont recognise the numbers for.

I checked every card after initial purchase so this has happened since purchase.
