Obviously I'm down the list when it comes to Amex, versus some here
The BP credits came up as one entry of $20, given that two qualifying purchases were made on the same day.
FWIW.
Just wondering
What's the best statement credit deal that anyone has seen?
Let's say monetary saving. Or similar

The best deal I have ever received was the infamous HCF deal, spend three times (for a total of $3.00) and get $100 back.
Ah yes. Got $300 back on that one. Wish I had more cards then.
$1700 from the recent HN deal, $1850 from the Space Furniture deal, over $3k from Langton's. Plus the couple of rounds of Shop Smalls and Click Frenzies. That's just in the space of 12 months not including the lesser value DJ/Myer/Woolies deals and the points I've racked up...how on earth is Amex making any money?
These promotions are not always funded by Amex. Single Merchant offers are often funded by the merchant (which is why they sometimes get snippy on the gift vouchers....)

Has anyone had issues with the AMEX travel statement credit offer not posting the credit? Myself, my family members, my close friends and my associates had it on a combined 10 cards. On one card the $50 posted, on one a different merchant was listed on the account (I still received a confirmation email but no credit). On the other 8 cards merchant details were correct and confirmation emails were received, however the qualifying purchases show as being made on 1 March. They were made in the evening on 28 February.
I have fired off 8 queries to AMEX and will report on results. Based on past experiences I expect they will apologise and post credits quickly, but in the meantime I wondered if anyone else is having issues?
Whilst they were slow to post, all of my $50 cash back credits posted without any drama.
