Of the three that didn't get the Myer offer, two are DJ's Amex cards (so that's hardly surprising) and the other is bank issued.

Anyone tried buying a flight voucher for the Qantas online offer? (Doesn't look like there is going to be a bonus offer this year.)

Not this year but I have done so in the past and it has worked.

Same. Waiting until near offer expiry just in case there is a late bonus points offer on vouchers.

1 card - that is something that you can do something about. At the very least you can add a supplementary card.

I received and used Myer offer in September on all 8 cards. No offers received this time.
