Seems like a great deal but is not in any of the offers on any of my cards. Do you have a link to register for it?

Doesn't look like it yet, seems to be very limited - it only showed up on my Amex Plat Charge and none of the other Amex or bank credit or charge cards that I hold.

No cavities, so no need for the HICAPS credit.

You could have elected to pay for the check-up with Amex via HICAPS and claimed back from your fund later. Then you would have got the credit.

check up and clean is free. There was a gap of $43 that got waived. Don't know if it would be waived by the fund.

Can confirm that the Country Road $50 for $150 triggered with a giftcard purchase despite T&Cs.

Used it straight away in Trenery who were also having a 3 items for 2 offer.
