Only just got the email in regards to these. Was very interested in the Hyatt offer. Have been trying to link my card to it but now showing its capped? Wasn't it only just advertised or did I miss something.

I got the email yesterday and also wanted to register for the Hyatt promo, however it wasn’t showing in my account at all.

The Hyatt offer wasn't targetted as it was on Amex Connect. It's not there now and now not on my cards anymore either. I didn't save it as I know I won't have a need for it. Safe to say allocation has been exhausted. Gotta be quick!!

There's also a BCF 125/25 offer appearing on all my cards. Another diluted offer compared to the past (80/20 IIRC). Not on AmEx Connect.

I check into my cards quite regularly to check offers and never saw the Hyatt offer. Peninsular hotels I only saw for the first time today. I’d be very surprised if 8000 people signed up for it that quickly.

There's a manual link on OzB but it says the offer is no longer available. I'm not surprised when offers with large credits get maxxed out. Tends to coincide with an influx in gift cards on Gumtree.

Vogue Fashion Week - spend $50 get $20 back at 3 different outlets in the downtown area of Sydney and Melbourne only. The 2 DJs in Sydney count as separate outlets. Westfield gift cards are not participating this year.

George St Myer is also in :)

i must be on amex's naughty list. Not showing on any of my cards via app or via dashboard :*(
I'm hoping it shows up on amexconnect soon

The kicker for me was Westfield. Shame they’re not participating this year as they had 2 outlets in Sydney and was a good way to defray the issue cost of the GCs.

Westfield GC is listed, under lifestyle.
Does it have to be at the city? I remember last year it worked at my local Westfield which wasn't the CBD

Good news. Thought I'd looked carefully this morning but glad I'm wrong.
The potential to redeem outside cbd would be easier for me
Note that the max denomination for Westfield Reds has gone down from $995 to $500. Still $2.95 surcharge
Still not on amexconnect

The shenanigans with Westfield have already started - it was definitely not listed as a participant this morning. Last year we had the two desks in Sydney applying different rules to each other, different rules on different days and different rules at different times of the day. Sometimes you needed id, sometimes you didn't, sometimes you could split a purchase over multiple cards, sometimes you couldn't, etc.

I reckon that there is a better chance of Qantas removing carrier surcharges on award flights than there is of a shenanigan-free 2 weeks with Westfield. Oh yes and Elvis is alive and well and living in Dubbo.
