After around $14000 to pay in the last 3 months for various credit card minimum spends, my Sydney water account is $1000+ in credit. I don't think they're going to like me putting more money into that account!

Definitely looking at a gift card for this opportunity.
 
I also received the paypal offer but how the offer seems to have expired on 28th Nov 2019.

Thanks for sharing - I've added it to all my primary cards. Can no longer see supps under the same login. Seems top have changed earlier this year. Will I need to re-register supps to the primary card login or am I doing something wrong?

Have you received the credits yet? I fear this may require follow up with AMEX because although I received the email, there's no acknowledgment on my online account of redeeming the offer. Nor is there any credits posted yet.

Not yet. Give them some time before following up otherwise you’ll get the 6-8 weeks time frame spiel.

Even I received the email however no acknowledgement on Amex app. Will need to wait for few days before following up.

I got round to using mine.
An assisistant was happy (two less experienced ones deferred to her) to load CG&M GCs from two cards at a time (max load is $500).
No problems buying a Bunnings GC in Coles with a CG&M a few minutes later

I think ive done well too

6 x $200/$40 credits
bought $420 CMGCsx3
went to coles bought the coles prepaid mastercard cards for $105x4
2000 bonus points on each one,

will wait for next same 2000bonus pts deal to use the rest

i think that was my best statement credit for this year
