Based on their pricing, Click would be better described as 100/20 or 100/25, but it's still enough to bring my gas business to them

I made a booking on Virgin Australia website however Amex claims that the transaction was recorded for VA NZ , where in the ticket booked was from MEL to SYD ( return).

Does it mean I won't get the $40 cashback.

I had the same thing happen initially. Once the transaction settled though it corrected and the $40 was applied automatically. You'll just need to wait a few days.

Mine didn't arrive either when I donated back in early January.

So mid last month I chased this up over live chat. Then I got my bonus points within about a week after.

I suggest you give them a friendly reminder as well since it doesn't seem to be posting automatically for the Red Cross donations.
