My local VC shop had a few CM GCs. Bought some and received Amex email immediately. The sales assistant suggested they only sell VC and CM GCs and he was a bit disappointed I didn't want any VC ones as he had plenty of them but very few CM ones.

Vintage Cellars can also do split payments if the sales assistant is willing. For example I bought 2 x $500 Coles GCs totalling $1000 and paid $200 on 5 different Amex cards.

Offer valid to 25/02. If the 5 day lockdown really is 5 days your friend still has plenty of time. After some of the fines issued by VicPol in this pandemic I wouldn't want to be debating what is essential with them.

Spent last Friday (12/2), credits received today (15/2). Pretty Good

Nothing on Plat Charge here, but new cardholder and have never transferred to VA.

Is it common to receive offers on the Plat Charge which earn directly into a particular partner program? (or are you earning bonus MR points instead?)

Now what is strange is that I am now getting more offers on my Amex companion (28 Degrees) card than I am on either of my different Amex.

I use the fee free 28 Degrees for the fee free international transactions & Amex for most other. Relative spending (in 2020 especially) has favoured Amex more than 6 to 7 to 1 and yet.....

Does 28degrees have a companion partnership with Amex ?
