New Amex statement credits

Well I can see Adina (which was a Bonus Cashback merchant in May 2021 - so where is it in Offers? And I called Amex again today about Amex Finde Dining -after speaking to them on 6.10, agent today told me response was i had not shopped at Bottega Rotolo - merchant not part of program, despite their webpage for Dining listing Bottega Rotolo as a merchant participating - agent said she would escalate it - how long will this take?
 
Got the Ampol spend $60 get $10 back offer. Anyone know if they sell gift cards?

Has anyone had luck with getting the credit applied for VICS MEAT online orders?
Placed a few orders with no luck, it appears that they are processing using Stripe.
 
Hi all,

has anyone had their referral points increased yet? They're saying for the month of November (membership month), this will happen. When I go to refer someone using my card (Plat Charge), it's still showing 45,000 that I will receive.

Not me. Still the standard 40,000 to refer for Explorer card.
 
In addition to the above offers out today, I also received a 10,000 bonus points offer. Just need to spend $10k between now and end of Dec.
 
Subscribing to this thread again after some time in the shade. Has there been a supplementary cardholder bonus lately? What time of day is it best to refresh your offers section so as to not miss out on new ones (midnight AEST?)

Edit: I'm a goose. 5000 points for first additional cardholder here: Additional Credit Cards | Additional Card holder | AMEX AU

Does anyone on here happen to know if it is $299 in a single transaction or in one or more? Offer terms seem to indicate the latter, but wasn't sure how that works given the offer credit applies twice?

Unless a total spend of $598 triggers $120 back?

Edit: Amex chat isn't very clear, they said one transaction then one or more - guess I'll just screenshot the terms.

Every Amex offer I've experienced kicks in with accumulated spend. Having said that I've never triggered two in one hit so on that I'm not so sure
