New Amex statement credits

So no Amex email? I did multiple bookings on the Qantas Hotels offer yesterday and got the email as soon as the $500 target had been reached.
My AmEx emails for confirming offer usage/redemption have been very hit-or-miss recently. Sometimes I get the email, sometimes I don't. However what's great is that the credits do eventually post, in a fairly timely manner. If it doesn't post within a week then that's when follow-up is required, though in my case that's the exception rather than the norm.

Sometimes the credits don’t get applied , have successfully retro claimed for a previous Amex offer, fortunately had kept screen captures etc as evidence.

Yep that's true. I'll just have to keep a very close eye on my accout in the coming days! I'll be sure to post here if/when it does come through, fingers tightly crossed that I don't need a follow up call/chat!

Just a reminder KF deval happening starting on the 4th of Oct, last chance to transfer across pre-devaluation right now!

Yes, I moved the bulk a few days ago, and then just left 5000 odd in both my, and my wife's, accounts so we could mop up some late points that posted today.

We both now have only 1 point left in each of our accounts.

Any future earn will probably go to our Velocity Accounts. Though we may need points just to top up what is at Krisflyer to get an exact flight reward depending what we redeem for over the next 3 years with the 1.65 million now left at Krisflyer. We just redeemed this week for two Europe J returns for next May/June.

It kind of feels like the end of a Krisflyer era though after the multiple devaluations from Amex, and the multiple redemption cost increases over the last half dozen years. It was great while it lasted though, and we still have 2/3 years of flights left.

I just logged in at 12.10 AM Melbourne time.

Currently still has 2 for 1, and not 3 for 1.

So give it a go.

It calculates the conversion, so you will know before you commit.
See screenshot below. I cannot test as I only have 1 point left ;)

I guess you wanted to reply in the other thread re-krisflyer redemptions.
