New Amex statement credits

I had a change of mind on the vogue offer and ended up putting through 12 registered cards. I didn't get the spend trigger email for most of them (usually get the email for each charge). Not expecting my credits for another few days. Did any other members who have received their expected credits also not get a trigger email for some of your cards but got the expected credits anyway?

For all 18 of my transactions, i got an email literally 1-2 minutes right after the transaction was put through. (Myer Sydney and Melb, and DJ SYDNEY)

Thanks for sharing your experience unfunkable. I'll report back when I see some credits appearing assuming will be next week.
I did Myer Sydney as well as both DJS market and Elizabeth st. They usually appear separately on my statements so thought I'd give it a go.

Heinemann duty free (operates SYD) - spend $75 for $15 credit, thru mid-October

You mean the same offer announced a month ago which has been discussed on this thread previously? Or is there a new one we need to know about?

Has anyone who used the Heinemann duty free offer got their cash back? I registered and spent the money but my offer is still showing up as "saved" (ie unused) more than a month after I used it.

I received my credit on 6/09 for a spend on 2/09

Logged in over the weekend and much less credits than I'd expected were showing. Logged on this morning and it looks like the missing ones are showing. Got rebates for both DJS Market and Elizabeth streets. Nice offer. Now for shop small this weekend :)
Btw I didn't get many trigger emails as I did my transactions so was a little concerned wouldn't get all the credits.

One of my supp's didn't trigger anything according to Amex so they had to manually apply the missing credits. That's not just for the Vogue offer but also the Woolies one (targeted).

New offer (via App) on Edge and Reserve and NAB Velocity (via Web) -

Farmer Jack's - Spend 80 get 15 back (in one transaction).

I believe this may be WA only and Farmer Jack's Subiaco pays 3pts/$ spent last time I tried the Edge there.

New offers (via Web) on NAB Velocity -

Crown Dining Melbourne and Perth - Spend 250 get 50 back.
HP - Spend 500 get 100 back.

Not much love for the Platinum Charge however.

I saved an Expedia offer on Sep 6 then booked a hotel on the same day. Still have not received a statement credit so I talked to live chat. I was told the reason why I do not receive the credit was the offer was saved on Sep 7 but since I have been a good customer, she will make an exception and I should get a credit soon.

I know I should be happy but this made me worried a bit about taking future statement credits. I made a decision to book after seeing this statement credit and definitely saved it to my card. I always check and make sure the offer has been saved before submitting payment. Hope it was just a one time glitch.

The Avis one I'll use this weekend but it hasn't appeared on either the Edge or Plat Charge..

How many days did it take for your Avis credit to appear? I've been waiting for 5 business days now and it still hasn't come up.

New offer on all cards -

Cellarmasters - Spend 120 get 20 back

Such a poor offering. Is this the end for great Amex alcohol offerings? Recent Langton's + Winestar offerings have been more generous. And from memory the last cellarmasters offer was $50 back for $120?

Crikey you are a hard man to please Ralphy - a 16.66% disc is a poor offer? When was last time you offered your clients a 16.66% disc Saul? It doesn't knock my socks off either but add CR and it will be enticing to some I would suggest - better than no offer at all.

You're right it's not the best offer that they've had. But combine it with the $50 or $20 codes + cashback offerings and the savings are fair.

Agreed that with the extra $50 its a good offer. But are there any $50 codes around? They usually close down such generous codes or place restrictions on them when there are other deals like AMEX available at the same time.

EDIT: post #1799 has the goods!
