New Amex statement credits

Gotta love Amex. Just signed up a dozen Amexes for Shop Small. This months statement shows $$ back from HN, Jaycar and Hertz.
Agreed. I don't know how people manage without (DrRalph;))
Thanks for mentioning the HN offer. Made me double check my iPad purchase over the weekend. Turns out my Charge and Accelerator weren't registered so I manged to but some egifts tonight, trigger the offer and hopefully do an exhange tomorrow-its still in the box unwrapped

...I may have spoken too soon. Email (EDIT: emails) just landed from HN-they are reviewing my egift order (EDIT: orders) 'to provide a safe online environment'.
May take 24 hours. Given I've already received the Amex trigger emails, hoping all will be OK

Just checked my app. No shop small offers for any of my cards. Will need to follow the link posted in this thread to register mine manually tomorrow. Anyone else not got the offer in their app yet?

It was in my app this morning then disappeared along with all the registration I had done. Amexconnect is easier to navigate with multiple cards than it used to be

Just registered my cards via the link supplied earlier in this thread. Just checked in the Amex app and they're registered. Will look through the participating retailers tonight.

Let the shopping begin!

GCs all approved and delivered by HN with correct date.
Only thing was, I had in in fact registered the original cards and the credits came up this morning. The offers had disappeared from the app after I'd used them (as is usually the case and I should have known better)
Now Ive got some extra spending money for HN

The gun has fired so get Shop Smalling!

A couple of new offers today:

Freedom 250 / 75
Red Balloon 150 / 30

Has anyone tried ordering freedom gift cards online?

Annoyingly I only managed 4 cards before this one filled up!

Freedom filled up that quickly? :(

Has someone found a way to game this offer?
Giftcards to be sold on Gumtree, presumably.

Offers that can be converted to cash are particularly prized. Someone with 20 cards could make around $1k on this Offer. They'd need to spend $5k upfront, wear the risks, take the time to buy and sell the GCs, etc. Not "free money" in my book, but clearly many others see it differently.

That sounds far too much like hard work to me. Life is too short.

I've been following Gumtree for certain giftcards and it would appear they are not easy to sell even at a percentage of the full cost. People are wary of being lumbered with a giftcard that does not have the full stored value.

We bought some stuff from Freedom during the previous offer. We're still waiting for some of it to come into the store, so I didn't bother this time.
