New Amex statement credits

A bit of annoyance with the latest offer for Kogan: Kogan seems to have changed its credit card processor in the last week or so (as the merchant name still has Kogan in it, but it displays a little differently), and transactions through the new processor don't appear to be triggering the AMEX Offer credit.

For example, I used one on one card a couple of weeks ago, instantly received the 'thanks for shopping' email and the merchant name looked the same as it had on previous occasions. An additional cardholder then shopped with Kogan this week (having also registered for the offer), and the merchant name came up differently, with no 'thanks for shopping' email.

Will see if a credit magically appears, but might need to be vigilant in chasing things up.

(It wasn't a case of using the wrong checkout system, either: on both transactions, the card number was manually typed straight into Kogan's 'credit card' payment option - as opposed to paying via PayPal or something.)

I also purchased in aug got the credit purchased last week with different card still no credit

Unusual offer;

More regular offers but all expire in 14 days;

Merrell - 150 / 20
Dr Martens Online - 150 / 20

I made Kogan purchases across two cards on Saturday, and have received the cashbacks on both today. I got the email immediately on one card, but the other goes to my wife's email so I don't know whether she got it.

I received an offer of free bottle of Moet Imperial with table for 4 paying $200+ at Merivale restaurants in Sydney (a few were $400 but had Vintage Moet) in October. Not strictly a statement credit as seemed to be an offer with any Amex

Given Amazon don't charge for products until it is shipped, wouldn't there be a risk to take advantage of the Amex promotion if there is a delay in shipping by Amazon?
Was thinking the same, guess have to only order the in stock stuff

Any manual link for the mycar offer at all? Sadly seem to have missed that and have a couple of car services coming up.

I just received an Amex email promising offers during Vogue Fashion's Night In from Oct 22 to Nov 1. The email said 'Card Members will receive an exciting online shopping offer that can be redeemed at participating retailers during the event'.

Let us see but I suspect we will be a little underwhelmed.
