I've been particularly impressed with how your promotions team have held strong and continued to offer bonus point offers, etc despite the debacle going on down the road at woolies.

Hold strong. Suggestions like additional redemption partners, occasional promotions for bonus % on transfers to etihad guest, etc will keep people like me shopping at coles despite being a firm woolies shopper for the last 24 years

does anyone know how long it take to link FlyBuys and Etihad accounts?

I linked mine a while ago, and can't remember if it was instantaneous or took some processing time.

Have a family member who is linking their accounts, and after a few days there doesn't seem to be any change on their FlyBuys linked accounts screen...

Very quick,ie 24hrs or less, if I remember correctly

Has anyone noticed December's promotional Tier miles haven't been added to their total Tier miles? The base has been added to my total, but not the bonus tier miles.

On behalf of Etihad, we're sorry these weren't added originally - they should now be on your Etihad Guest account. Please let us know if they're not for you.

I can see in my statement that the promotional Tier miles are listed, but they still have not been added to my total Tier miles. I'll give it 48 hours and contact Etihad guest if they have not been added.
