I could be wrong, but I believe you have to manually transfer them from Fly-buys periodically, I think perhaps when there is a certain minimum number accrued..
Flybuys need to be manually transferred/converted, but tier miles should automatically sweep across.

Called Flybuys: apparently there is a recognised delay with (some) April Tier Miles-they are chasing up

Looks like the tier miles delay still hasn't been rectified, let's hope that the April and May tier miles are updated soon. I am expecting a status upgrade once they come in and would like to make the most of it when I fly with VA later this month :)

We're sorry for the issue with April Tier Miles for some members. We expect affected members to be credited these in the next week; we regret the long wait. May Tier Miles will be credited within the first 2 weeks of this month in line with our published standard.

Excellent news flybuys.

Having trouble on the iPad on the Etihad site. I'm just trying to see if there are still 6,900 Y one way rewards, or have they been enhanced?

Anyone had May FB elite points post?

It has been seven full business days since I submitted my FB to EY transfer requests and still no sign of any points in my EY account. FB were quoting two business days when I submitted my request and they quote five business days generally.

When should I start to get worried about the points transfer falling through the cracks of the system?

Thanks for letting us know; we're sorry for the delay. We expect transfer requests to be completed within 5 business days, but are aware of some recent instances where this hasn't happened. Please leave us your details in a private message and we'll follow up. Sorry for the confusion in the confirmation email which stated 2 business days.

That's unlucky, mine have always posted in a couple of days. Or perhaps I have just been lucky.

We're clarifying with Etihad regarding the posting of May Tier Miles; we appreciate this is well overdue for some members and apologise for this extended delay.

thanks. any idea of a time frame for them to post??
