Uh oh, looks like the toolbar isn't working with the latest version of FireFox

Mine can be shown on Firefox 36. and still searches, but not generating any points

Looks like the toolbar has been broken now for sometime. I submitted a support request to Qantas over a month ago and got no response :-(
I've tried it in IE, Chrome and Firefox with no luck.

Works fine for me. Using it right now on IE.

It was broken for Firefox a couple of months ago but I reinstalled it and it fixed itself so all good for me now, using latest Firefox version

Have you downloaded and installed QF toolbar, you can see it in the line under the www. It has the QF ensign on the most left hand side. Go on the far right.
For me it just seconds.
It just took seconds for me.
And for Bing, it says using "bing search".
One tip to try, and it might not work, is to close the particular browser, and then go back right to start screen, and go back into that particular browser and see if it works.
Didn't work for while, but I closed browser, went back into it, and it brought up a QF route search, ADL - MEL, with the right date all through to where it shows the range of times of flight over the span of the day in "planned travel".

Ok fixed my problem, my computer was infected with some Malware, once cleaned the toolbar is now working in all my browsers. :D

So easy to download and play with the QF toolbar, but I didn't have to enter my QF FF #, so I wonder how the system knows where to credit the 1 point per search to.
Like Qantas booked restaurants, how do they link points to accounts, Qantas booked restaurant the old way, we had to present the QF FF card when we paid for the meal, but how does it work these days?

Do you go into the Qantas site first before going to the site where you make the restaurant bookings. If you are logged into your Qantas account and then go from the Qantas site to the booking site there might be a cookie system in place which tracks your booking. I've never done it before so I am only speculating.

For various complicated reasons I haven't installed the QF toolbar but I'm always interested in the many ways members earn points so I've been following this thread. I was wondering whether anyone runs the QF toolbar on a SmartPhone. I have a Nexus 4 and I do my web searches using Google Chrome. I was wondering whether the QF toolbar was compatible with this device.
