CF is our "house wine". :) Lovely MV6 Pinot clone from sandstone and shale soils. Yum. Try the different clones from Jenny's single vineyard bottlings from Western and Central fields if you get a chance.

Interesting articles for the sand and afflicted like me.

@TheRealTMA i was able to pick up a bottle of CF White Pinot really cheap. However, it is 2018. Do you know if these last a couple of years or is it already way past its prime?

I don't buy a lot of thw white Pinot but I do have some from 2018 and it's fine. It's designed to be drunk earlier but seems to last quite a few years quite well.

The Proof is in the drinking! :)

This took me by surprise. Didn't expect this much sediment from a 2016. Had to double decant to get rid of the rest.

After 30min decant, this wine is extremely savoury. Tastes amazing. Will be interested to see how it develops in an hour or so.

Good to hear. That one was 2/12 for me.
Lucky you, I purchased it as a quaffer to tide me over while some others came of age. I’ve now added ‘17 and ‘18 Woodlands CM to cellar but they are also great drinking now…..
