Saturday night’s alright.

Jimmy Trophy winner. I bought 12 at that night. After 13 years, it is still great. Clear, red colour start to pale. 2nd aroma had developed, has almost no oak favour. Full mouth of tannin. As I remember, it is open fermentation.

This was spectacular....both the wine and the steak. Reverse seared to perfection!

Superb, initially it was Smokey and Leather, then opened up to spiced fruit.
This was at CTC restaurant in Athens
I emailed before leaving Aus and they said they do corkage for 40 euro.
Corkage is high, however it was a Michelin star restaurant.
