The Crown lounge on the 2nd floor is not bad. If you go to the quit area (left wing) you will have a good chance to score a sofa all for yourself and take a nap for a few hours. Maybe after some Jordanian red wine

A massive thank you to JohnK. It was my +1's first time in a lounge and our plane was delayed so he was doubly impressed. It really topped off a great little holiday for us, so thanks again John, that was really lovely

Thanks boomy, is the Crown lounge open to people who are lowly LTS with no other status? If so, it sounds comfy enough to head to ASAP.

As a OW Ruby you won't get access to any lounges based on status. AFAIK the Crown lounge is RJ's business class lounge.
