Shoving the biggest cross I can down the throat of the ballot box. Julia is insignificant......however, the ALP is outright dangerous!

Wouldn't miss it for quids.

Yes, of course..............even a pig in a tutu would be a better alternative.

Careful what you pray for. Right now we have the best economy in the developed world while the other mob are basically promising a recession. If the opposition do nationally what they've done in Queensland ...

What an humouros post.Wayne Swan voted the best treasurer in the world by economists that didn't even see the GFC coming. And who think money printing will lead to a recovery even though Japan have been doing that for 23 years and the recovery still hasn't arrived.
We are in good shape because the Chinese have a controlled economy and have decided that building things with steel is a great idea.Pity that their steel industry still cant make a profit and the pollution levels in Beijing are roughly 15 times what most consider safe levels
In regional Australia I see more businesses closing up every time I go.A sign of a great economy.Hmmm.

No, it's a sign of a precarious economy and that's exactly the risk. The opposition is promising major fiscal contraction at a time when the economy is struggling to stand still. You do the maths and if that's difficult simply look at how the UK is going right now.

Well the tens of Billions already dished out hasn't been able to hit the sweet spot......now we are starting to see the cuts in the Fed sphere to pay for it. Ask the single mums to see if they like the new world!

In regards to QLD - fat Government produces the same result as a fat Business.

which sounds about right...the guy thinks women should be at home doing the ironing, and is happy to discuss his daughter's private lives on television...

(and sorry, I know its OT)

I don't get this line of thought! I'm a lady so I should be spared criticism?

Don't forget this politician stabbed another in the back to get the gig - when was that ever acceptable! Male/Female....if you are back stabber - you are nothing!

I learnt this in the school yard & I'm glad to say the rule still applies!

Not at all, but I dont really have a very high opinion of a bloke who thinks women should remain in the 50s.

However, it's ok for a women to broadcast to the nation that the man is a misogynist ? The pot calling the kettle black:!:

Seems like the misogynist card comes out every time she cops a bit of criticism - Not the best way to get your point across!

Leaders need to lead.
