Yes noticed that this morning as well.

Boarding pass printed 10 minutes ago states Platinum at this stage - and the staff here at the QC staff don't know what Platinum One is ..... but I am at ASQ so they can be forgiven


(the QC is standing room only, well actually it is past that stage..due to extra flights on today ....but the internet is super fast!)

I joined up yesterday, simply because I'm going to be attending this event tomorrow.... how very exciting!!!
I'm a lowly gold but will accompany a friend who's been invited into the hallowed sanctum.... she thought it would be more fun with me rather than her official partner.

So Im looking forward to a glimpse of what its like in such exalted company... see you all there....

Finding people within the actual function will be difficult due to the number of people attending, so some AFF'ers are catching up before hand. I believe (but someone who got an invite can confirm), that it's a stand-up type event, so yes food will be served (as well as significant alcohol - I'm sure).

Having a couple of drinks, a bit of food and a catch-up before heading in just ensures that the stomach has something in it (considering many people won't have eaten since lunch) and that people are able to find each other before heading in.

It's not dinner. Drinks & savouries from 7 to around 8:30pm. Probably out by 9.
Stand up. Around 700 people. Need to stand close to the kitchen.
