It’s hard to tell in the photo but there is a replacement for the controller in First.

Really??? Do you know if it's just the actual interface or whether the whole controller is being replaced. Part of my frustration with that device is the sheer size / weight of it. I always end up using the smaller controller for the IFE but find it frustrating for adjusting the seat (it's been slow and unresponsive for me on more than one occassion)

There almost certainly won't be a change in soft product ie amenity kits/pj's at this point. That would have been announced and be fleet wide.

Not necessarily the case...

When QF launched the new J Suites on the A330 they had PJs and amenity kits specific to the refurbed birds only.

Yes, it’s broken and has been subbed.
A friend texted me this morning. No real loss for me as I’m in F but if I was in J I’d be pretty sad
