Qantas A380 reliability issues creeping up again?

Another one tonight. QF12 flew for about half an hour and we back in LAX.
Plane in trouble? Child in trouble? Dumping fuel over people watching from the ground? Anything to get a good debate started?

Are they trying to fix the problem or just going to cancel the flight?
Given they were actually airborne and had to turn back it's almost certainly a cancellation. Crew will no doubt be timed out.

QF12 basically canned today. Anyone know why?

Trials and tribulations, spent 10 hours at the Oneworld lounge today.

Bit of an odd one - looks like you mean Tuesday's QF12, the QF11 departed a few minutes late and arrived a few minutes early so the aircraft that would be expected to operate the flight is in L.A.

Google claims that QF12/26NOV departed 3 hours late due to "runway delay", while QF website says 24 hour delay.

Google might have picked up QF12/25th of Nov as it took off and then landed again with a window seal problem which they fixed and then it went again at about 00:30 hrs on the 26th

We made it, 4 hr delay (and someone was at our gate when we landed....(come on QF, do better). Just beat the crew timeout (as per the Captain)
