I don't think there are too many in SA. I did read of one in FB who went. They have their own business and seem to travel a lot for work. Interesting profile they have.

i was aware of one "of us" who I thought had dropped to WP

the group likely P1 are the pollies, senior public servants (SES) and others who do FIFO style work - or international jaunts several times a year

Although on a serious note, they might bump the grades of wine and nosh until the new J and CL lounges are ready...

My take on "Penfolds" will be the god awful Max selection...

But, TBH the pics do look pretty decent compared to the old QP look and feel.

To be fair they're now stocking this local Brisbane beer in the Brisbane J Lounge, I'm not a big wine drinker but it's good to see proper local craft beer being stocked:

Amity Pale Ale - Straddie Brewing Co

Tropical hops and rich, moreish malt with a friendly, easy balance. Amity Pale Ale is best enjoyed with beach hair and bare feet.

The dom J wines are IDENTICAL to the QF Club wines so
Perhaps as part of improving the customer experience they COULD improve both J & Y wine offerings

I was expecting Koonunga Hill....Max is a step up at least.

That's why I go to the QF Pub at BNE.

And let's not mention OOL. That's why I fly VA to/from OOL, much nicer lounge all round.

They really need to break up the four seatings. While not impossible to have a large group, most travellers would be couples or even solo.
