I have received the $50 thing but no apology points.
Perhaps an apology for not being sent the apology.I return home next week. Will give them a call, however not feeling confident I’m going to get an email at all, given the lack of success of those who have already rung Qantas.

No idea, but guessing they are like a voucher code that anyone can use.Are these transferable? Until someone tries we won't know for sure but we do know that Qantas Hotel vouchers are transferable.
Mentioned in a post many pages back but AJ had a little superscript '3' right after the '50% more reward seats' misleading statement.I would be really interested to understand what they mean by "more FF seats". I'm searching and there is not a single business class award seat to Europe between now and June 23. Does anyone know if they will be issuing more award seats anytime?
I'm wanting to travel in May next year and couldn't find any award availability, so checked the other months for interest, and nothing at all. If its not likely there will be any such award seats made available for May at any time, then I will look to book paid flights while the fares are still quite reasonable.
Did you receive an email saying you would be offered the passes and to click on a link to accept the offer by 30 September?I've seen some comments that those with Gold have already received their Domestic Business Lounge invites which were meant to be distributed as part of this Qantas apology. I keep checking and mine still only show the standard "general" invites I've received from CC's. Has anyone else received their passes (or not)?

I did the same as you. Checked I hadn’t accidentally deleted it. Checked junk mail etc. I get daily emails from Qantas about everything else, just not this email. Will ring this week, but am expecting nothing. Seems not all WP’s were created equal. Lol.Same here, tis a mystery
I agree but this is not something new nor limited to Qantas loyalty program.I got screwed, I am 30 June date so missed this offer by one month and now I get nothing. If Qantas was really being generous they would apply it to all members not just a lucky few so this wasn't just a PR STUNT. Typical JOYCE!!!

I've only just opened email. I was offered 15000 QFF points.Just received the email from QF. As a WP they're buying my love with 30k FF points.
Edit: Interesting to see they're offering different amounts to different people on the same level. More goodwill for those who feel screwed
