And this is an airline trying to recover its reputation and the CEO promising an improvement in meals and service.It didn't feel like international J class on a premium(?) carrier.
I feel so sorry for the flight crew having to be at the sharp end of the customer interface when it’s the management that’s the root cause of the problems.
