Does anyone have the wine list for intl J on QF (SIN-SYD)?
QF have never printed a list for J, mostly because they don't always purchase wine in the volume that allows for it to be done. In addition, wines loaded for a flight today might not be the same as tomorrow.

Whilst not a list, they have recently updated the IFE to contain a large selection of information on the wines that might be carried, although not exhaustive.

Guessing there is no link to it?

The experience was awful. Service appears to have declined heaps from when I was getting op-ups 10+ years ago. Supervisor spent the entire flight going back and forth chatting with 2DF. Not a good look.

I actually had a similar experience last year on a day flight to SIN.

Probably being petty ranting about a mildly infuriating incident following:

I think that the CSM knew the passenger, but she appears to be fairly bigshot, with her husband, and two daughters in business too.

I cant remember which row, but I was in K that was closer to aisle side. The wife was in front of me, the husband behind me, and the daughters were together in the middle.

First of all during meal service, the CSM wheeled the trolley and served the wife. You know how you pause your show, sit up, take out your tray, take off your headphones, in anticipation of being served? Well I sat there for awhile, while they exchanged story after story. The other flight attended just stood there smiling awkwardly once in a while. Every time I thought they finished another story started. I tried to say fish it Im going to put on my headphones and continue my movie, but then you also don't want to look rude. Besides, I couldn't really focus, as find myself glancing repeatedly to see if they are moving forward or not.

And then after the meal service, finishing my movie and drink, I figured I have a little nap. But nooo... the wife and the CSM, came over to the husband behind me, and stood there chatting, for a good while. And they didn't like stand right beside the husband, but a bit in front of the him, so the CSM had her elbow rested above the 'side wall' of my seat. I know it is a day flight, but man, the chatter coming just above you. So, I figured I take my laptop out to do some work, since we still had wifi. But, it is just so hard to do anything, when you have someone standing right next to you, and it feels especially close on aisle side.

Now, to the couple, this is perhaps excellent, 5-star service, and technically, I mean, the CSM did nothing wrong... but maaaaaan, to me somehow it just feels wrong. Maybe it is just my personality that made this a problem, I don't really know how to explain it. For example, like I felt like a snack and drink, given I couldn't sleep or work. Do I just butt in and ask the CSM? But they just don't stop talking! Do I just press the call bell with her standing right next to me? That might look passive aggressive.

Oh well...........

I'll note that it's Lallier champagne - or at least it was when I flew up late last month. I haven't find this to be as nice as the Duval-Leroy they were serving for a long while in J. I still weep for the days they regularly poured Billecart-Salmon in QF INT J 🥺 The current Botrytis Semillon is very nice (if you like a sticky with your afters); near to Noble One good.
I actually like the Lallier but the memory of Billecart in J makes me sad as well. And Bollinger in the Flounge- those were the days!
