Qantas Delays/Cancellations

QF149 (SYD - AKL) again badly delayed with a 2 hours late departure, arriving at 0235am in AKL. I hope customs and Menzies Aviation were still around to process this flight.

QF149's non-time schedule was pretty bad over the past 10 days. Not looking forward to be on it on Saturday night!

Looks like QF94 29 Nov has been delayed overnight from LAX, Now departing at 09:30.....

Mondays QF17 was cancelled, has the flight now been permanently pulled?

Will be interesting to see if the flight is cancelled too. Same MO as my flight on the 25th.

Wednesday : Today's QF27 SYD-SCL has bee delayed until at least 17:00 AEDT this afternoon, with arrival in Santiago now 15:10 CLST.
I say at least, as currently Qantas Flight Status still shows departure of return QF28 as 13:40 CLST - has which ever B789 does the route obtained Tardis capability ?

Today's A388 operated QF11 SYD-LAX (A388 VH-OQH) was 72 minutes late departing Sydney this morning, resulting in a revised Los Angeles arrival of 07:12 PST, 67 minutes late.

Wednesday evenings QF9 PER-LHR was been delayed 16 hrs 40 minutes to 12 noon AWST Thursday, with the amended arrival time in London shown as 21:15 GMT/UTC Thursday, 16 hrs 10 minutes late. The flow on sees QF10 LHR-PER rescheduled to leave London at 22:45 Thursday, a reduced delay of 10 hrs 55 minutes, with the revised Perth arrival now 23:20 AWST Friday, a slightly increased delay of 11 hrs 5 minutes.

QF94 finally took off at 11am the next day - also having a knock-on effect for today's QF93, now showing a departure of 11:25pm currently. (12 Hours late)

Thursday : With B789 VH-ZNB currently positioning from Melbourne to Perth as QF6014, arriving at 10:10 AWST, the above delay appears to be aircraft rather than crew related. However ZNJ is showing on FlightRadar24 in the layover bay ?

Seems not. B789 VH-ZNK eventually departed Sydney at 18:38 AEDT, 6 hours 3 minutes late, and arrived in Santiago at 16:54 CLST, having made up just 4 minutes.
ZNK departed Santiago with QF28 at 18:44 CLST - a 5 hr 4 minute delay, with the revised arrival in Sydney now 22:29 AEDT, 4 hrs 39 minutes late.

Hopefully this gets sorted soon as id imagine flights on all carriers are going to be 100% full before Christmas

A week ago, I posted here I was lucky enough that my QF93 on 25/11 Friday not cancelled. I'm flying back with QF94 on 2/12 this Friday, finger crossed my luck can continue.
Same here, except I'm on QF12 3/12 this Friday. Hopefully no A388 troubles (also I'm flying F so any reroute or equipment change is a downgrade).

Looks like QF9 got further delayed leaving PER at 1pm expecting a late arrival into LHR at 22:45.

Im expecting the QF10 to be cancelled or further delayed overnight, i dont see how they can turn it around before curfew.

I know there's official stats for Domestic, is there the same for international?

I would have to assume Qantas' network planners must have foreseen this when using aircraft at this level of utilisation. I guess they must've decided that it's acceptable?

I guess unless they expected extra 787 deliveries by now? But I don't think Boeing has changed any ETAs recently.

No stats for intl unfortunately.....

Todays QF93 + 94 both cancelled.
