Qantas double status credits OR double points offer [book 23-28 March 2023]

12 and 14 May domestic flights, DSCs for each posted (at different times) Mon 15 May. Looks like they are being batched. Ditto for Mrs Pineapple's double points.

QF appears to be indifferent to ff concerns
I don't think you can conclude that at this stage. If people ring up badgering them about DSCs not yet landed in less than 8 weeks when the T&C say they come after 8 weeks, then not acting on the concerns isn't indifference - it's just deferring to the T&C.

However if they don't respond promptly after the 8 weeks, then you have a case.

BTW, I have skin in the game here with 8 flights awaiting DSCs from 30 March to 1 May

Chiming in to say DSC not posted yet from a domestic revenue flight from 9th April.

PS and PC+

Not yet, they were all in April..
As I highlighted in my example upthread, i suspect this will need manual intervention, even outside of April DSC not posting automatically. Certainly that was my experience in the 2022 offer. A considered email to the QFF service centre and follow up phone call did the trick. My split booking was a PC/QF classic award though that earned DSC from August 2022.

Thanks @kpc 😉 waiting on mine from 3 & 19 April. Thankfully it’s the beginning of my flying year.

Flying QF again to Ozfest but they’re points flights.

Got trips to ADL & PER again in next couple of months. Would like to use QF on sone sectors to get me to LTG. All SC’s welcome as only ~400 short

Made me doubt I'd registered correctly but I swear I tapped the register button at least twice and saw the confirmation screen at least twice.
It sends you a confirmation email when you register fyi
Hello Mr xx_X xx_XX

You have been registered for the Double Status Credits offer.

You do not need to reply to the email.

I had a booking with flights in April and May.

April flights didn't post DSC, May flights have posted DSC.

Weird.

At the risk of copping a few (potentially deserved) groans and eye rolls from other members…

I decided to have a go at being “that guy” and have submitted an enquiry about getting my missing SCs posted, suggesting that with impending travel, the change from SG to WP makes a significant difference in terms of things like luggage allowance, lounge access, likely success of upgrade requests etc, not to mention that once the status change is retrospectively applied, I’d need to be bothering them again for a missing points claim due to the difference in points earn rates. Suggested it’s not a good look that FF who are flying now receive their bonus points in 1-2 business days, whereas folks who’ve flown upwards of 1 to 1.5 months ago are still waiting and missing out on benefits to which they are rightly entitled.

The way I see it is that the worst case scenario will be that I have zero luck, but will at least have offered some feedback to QF that this is a poor look and not being received well by members.

I think it's fair enough, I had a return DOM flight on the one PNR, the outbound flight on 2 May hasn't been credited, however the return flight on 3 May has! Makes no sense, so I also emailed them.
