No sense of whether online checkin will return for travel to countries where proof of vaccination is not required.Link to info on the QF website:
Online checkin already works, it worked for my trip to NZ (you just upload your proof of vaccination to OLCI).No sense of whether online checkin will return for travel to countries where proof of vaccination is not required.

I flew GRB-ORD-DFW-SYD last week and was asked for it everywhere. As a data point, I flew with Qantas last weekend from LAX-MEL and was not asked for my Covid vaccination certificate at any point of the journey.
Worked fine too.How about the return leg to AU?

The QF Agent in the Flagship lounge in DFW was finally able to issue my BP. She was checking all of the Vaccine certificates for all pax.
Something else:Are the Covid -19 Digital Certificates on our apps (Eg. Service NSW) enough or is something else required to be shown?
Thank you! Have completed it through the Medicare app now. I assume if/when the 4th Jab is taken it's all automatically updated.Something else:
How do I get an International COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate?
The easiest way to get your international certificate is through your Medicare account in myGov or the Express Plus Medicare mobile app. See the video below for advice on how to get one. Go to Services Australia for further details.www.passports.gov.au
You'll need to request a new certificate after you've had your 4th jab.Thank you! Have completed it through the Medicare app now. I assume if/when the 4th Jab is taken it's all automatically updated.

Noted thanks. Next trip is not until October so it might all change before then (It's been so long, I'm getting excited already about the trip)You'll need to request a new certificate after you've had your 4th jab.
This is welcome news and a growing trend. Good to see the discrimination of the unvaxd going away.“From Tuesday 19 July 2022 the Qantas Group will no longer require passengers on international flights operated by the Qantas Group to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19."
