Yes, I was a Feb 29 2020 rollover so yes it’s extended Feb 2022...

I note QF had mentioned it would review in due course as it understood flying may not be an option for sometime so a years extension for March rollover people is next to useless ....

Feb people have scored well. Mar people scored poorly. Everyone else is in the middle somewhere

Mine is April but I only received it to April 2021 which is the same degree as useless.

No, as per the Qantas FAQs:

FWIW I'm in the same set of circumstances as you are and also received the same, meaningless email this morning.
me too only my requal period ended 31 March, so I don't get any extension, and at least half my year will be a "no fly zone". Happy for others, but feeling a bit cheesed off for myself, having earned my requal in full.

Yes, husband is the same. Requalified anyway. I benefitted but can't see myself travelling much in the next year.

Which is why QF said it would review down the track

As the Christian porter says “there has to be a line drawn somewhere”

I'm sure this may have already been asked but I was unable to find a similar scenario from the 6 or so pages I read through.
I am only Bronze so did not receive any extension. I only require 20 more SC to get to silver by 31 May 20. I know a lot will say Silver is not worth it but I would like to get there nevertheless.
I had a work trip planned in April which would have got me there but obviously that was cancelled due to recent conditions and it is looking like it's going to be impossible to fly by 31 May.
I have messaged Qantas requesting an extension but have received no reply yet. Anyone got any advice ? Is there another way to get 20 SC ? Thanks

There is an offer with BP, you just need to signup and you get 10sc. For the first few month, you can also get up to 10sc per months by spending a certain amount at their station. This might be harder. Maybe friens and family can scan your card?

Our end of year was April 2020. I realised last night we haven't received our updated card. Some lounges, should they ever reopen and we can fly, require the actual card. Anyone else?

My year end also April 2020.

Digital Frequent Flyer cards only for April, May and June according to this link:

May change in the future...

If you do not have a physical card just use the digital one on the app or your BP.

Yes, have that but i had read here that some lounges want the actual card. Maybe that's changed.

I did not that or come across it for domestic lounges. I have used the digital card in OW partner lounges but always have a physical card. Not that it matters at the moment. If you want a physical card call QF and ask for a replacement.

Yep. Agree with that. I'm ever hopeful of flying internationally - 😫

My end of year was February and only received the physical card in the mail about 2 weeks ago with a end date of Feb 2021 but the card on the app shows Feb 2022.

Over the past 4 years, I've been to QF, JL, AA, BA, EK, QR, and CX lounges in CBR, BNE, MEL, SYD, LAX, HND, NRT, DXB, LHR, DOH, PEK, HKG, ITM, KIX, SIN, ICN, JFK, BOS, SFO, ORD, PHL, TPE, VIE, LGA, MIA and DFW. I don't recall being asked for my card in that time. They've gone off the status on the boarding pass, either by looking at the pass or scanning it.

The last time I actually recall needing to show my card to get lounge access was the BA lounge in ORD prior to a QR flight in 2014.

That link shows those of us with a Feb 2021 (adjusted to Feb 2022) expiry will receive an actual card in February 2021. I also have never had to show my card, only my boarding pass. The digital version will surely suffice if required anyway.

I sometime had to show my card at the fast track security lane of LHR, I think T5. Flying BA with my qff clearly attached to it.
