You need anything else? Here is my EDR number… :p

Thanks Sam ;), I am sure you would like to get offers over the next few months for nappy purchases etc :lol::lol::lol: There are 4 EDR members in this household, only the two that shop got offers however I now need to move spending onto the other card to get the three outlets completed.

400 Extra Qantas FF points for $50 or more up until 26th September I like

Will simply be splitting my weekly purchases of around $120 into smaller transactions!

An extra 2800 points for a tiny bit more effort!

Will go through the check-out, and simply put the divider in the middle of my groceries, pay for the first 1/2 and then pay for the 2nd half

It's an extra 400 points for over $50 of *fresh* food only, including bakery/deli/fruit & veg/meat. Read the fine print there ;)

Also, it's only valid once during the promotion, not multiple times (same as the shop at 3 brands, spend eligible amount, get 700 points is). Still, 1100 points for doing a bit of work (and not buying un-necessary stuff) is good. I've already done the $50 on fresh food in one spend, and only need a BWS and Big W trip to secure the additional 700 :)

My offers indicated the fresh food could be used as often as I wanted, which were the same conditions as the last statement offer which I got multiple credit for:

Read our AFF credit card guides and start earning more points now.

I want to buy a whole bunch of Wish Gift Cards; I know that they do not qualify for earning points when purchased; but I am assuming that when I redeem them, I would then earn points, right?

My fresh food offer also states it may be used multiple times

umm oops my bad you're right  The 700 point one is a once-off though :)

Thanks for the clarification. I'll read the details next time, I promise!

Umm Guys there is no need to list personal people..... it's part of there job!! that they respond back to customers..

I am sure that they are not the ones for making the decision... they would be so faf down the chain!!
So why distrubte there name... That's against the law and If I were you (thewinchester) I'd would remove personal names before it can become ugly!!

Welcome to AFF

It is always good to try to protect people's privacy

However! Dare I suggest you have the wrong thread. The only details thewinchester has posted recently that I've seen where in another thread and that was beause the person was doing a promo to ask people to contact them. Given that someone has already past out their details in public I'm not sure of the illegallity involved.

Unless I'm missing something, which is highly likely

As you're new here Argie27, I'll take it a little easy.

For those who want some context, I can only assume Argie27 is referring to a post regarding correspondence from Woolworths Limited and their refusal to accept Debit cards.

** For Argie27

Firstly - nobody here has got personal. It has been a simple sharing of information garnered in the process of expressing opinion regarding an issue of concern to a group of consumers.

If you read it is anything other than that, then I suggest you have no understanding or concept of how online communities work and the language expressed therein. My theory here is further supported by your reading of the post in question on its own, and without seeking further context which could be easily found only two posts later.

If you are intimating that by leaving that persons' details on here will be a precursor to some form of action or consequence, then I suggest you are upfront and honest, and state your relationship or connection.

I'm going to however assume you can't state your connection, and have no authority whatsoever to speak on this topic, or deal with people in this venue as it would be a direct breach of your companies media relations and other policies. Chances are your post alone is enough to put you on the wrong side of these.

If you choose to wade into these parts again, I'd love you to cite the Act and relevant section therein which demonstrates "That's against the law". As someone who has worked in technology policy areas for the last 15yrs, there is no section of any act or law to which I am aware that would make this illegal in any way, shape or form.

In short, that's me being easy and spelling out what would normally be written between the lines.

** For everyone else

For those who know how cough my day has been;

Dear user,

/ignore

Sincerely,

Planet Earth (which you hopefully do not reside on lest the gene pool be polluted)

Thanks for pointing out it's only for "fresh" fruit/veggies and other cough that I normally don't buy from Woolies anyways! So the offer is no good to me now!

I was all excited for awhile!

I love your description of meat, deli products, seafood and bakery products as "other cough".

Woolies had some nice frozen and wet bake-at-home dinner rolls on display the other day!

Yes they are great, but far from fresh!

Ah but they don't claim the bakery stuff is fresh only the fruit and vege. :p
Having heard about some of the lengths that a fruit and vege supplier has to go to in order to supply Woolies I feel assured that it is fresh when sent to Woolies.
