Well, I have to admit I took the plunge too. Love Champagne and have never had the opportunity to try this one as our only F experience in Qantas was a flight that departed Dubai at 9am and I just can't drink champagne at that time. But those F class nuts are wonderful No email here as WP so kudos @kamchatsky for the thread.

It's most likely that MrsK and I won't get to experience F in our lifetime, given everything ahs drastically changed in the world of travel, but at least I can provide her a F Class moment, as she reclines in her F pj's, and I top up her glass of bubbles - although I'm not going to dress up in a QF Flight Attendant outfit

I use to complain that QF F ( all mine were points upgrade from paid J) was not up to scratch (cf to SQ, EK, EY, TG, OZ) but it will be really sad if they never return.

I promise you if you're used to SQ F and specially suites that QF F doesn't really compare. Not in hard product, soft, f&b etc. Perhaps the bed linens are quite comfy since they changed them, and while old and not enclosed like SQ the QF F bed is quite good for sleep IMO but in all other functions SQ is superior and in many ways vastly so. Well in my view. Don't get me wrong - there are worse F's out there but QF is certainly not in the top tier. Mid tier I'd accept, but definitely not a patch on SQ, EY or EK.

And as noted of course SQ is likely to be far more available than QF in the medium term.

I don't want to jinx your orders in any way but... had a similar problem after ordering early a Centenary Pack in November. Chased up AustPost after one week then Qantas but could not be located . Ended up order was cancelled (probably never filled or lost somewhere). Terribly upset at the time, it was intended as a special Xmas present
