very thick panini - three small slices of steak - too much bread to meat!Is it no longer good ? In prior years - asking for extra relish - it was divine !

Thank you! I'm flying next month so will be interested to see if the menus have switched by then.View attachment 414388
I’m not a big breakfast eater so only had the Bircher muesli, which was served in a shot glass so not really what I’d expected as a bowl of cereal.
Coffee was nice enough though and at 4:30am that’s probably the most important for me.
Shame! But thanks.very thick panini - three small slices of steak - too much bread to meat!
Thanks, do you have the wine list for this sector? Or was it the same as SYD-SIN?
There wasn’t a new wine list provided for SIN-LHR, but they had the same Penfolds RWT and Singleton scotch so I assume the menu was identical. Thanks, do you have the wine list for this sector? Or was it the same as SYD-SIN?
Thanks, good to know. There wasn’t a new wine list provided for SIN-LHR, but they had the same Penfolds RWT and Singleton scotch so I assume the menu was identical.
The Lark whiskey wasn’t available on either sector.

Thanks for sharing! Shame about the Lark, hopefully loaded in a few weeks. There wasn’t a new wine list provided for SIN-LHR, but they had the same Penfolds RWT and Singleton scotch so I assume the menu was identical.

That’s why I have first class lounge entry !!!Seeing and being served up Pat & Stick's ice cream sandwich in First seems really low rent. Something like cheesecake or chocolate cake would be much classier.
I am an ice cream tragic so even vanilla bean ice cream (maybe with hot fudge) would be more fitting than something you have to unwrap yourself that's $5.50 retail.
I think it’s very hard to do a steak on a plane can’t have very high expectations.very thick panini - three small slices of steak - too much bread to meat!

maybe the bread or steak has been shrink flated lolPlenty of other airlines have worked it out - even in Business class.
Qantas could do it if they really wanted to, but unfortunately they have adopted a mediocre F&B standard (probably to cut costs more than anything else)
That is so poor.No menu as they didn’t load any on the flight.
Can you imagine sitting in F on Emirates, Singapore, Qatar, Etihad, Lufthansa etc etc (even BA and AA) and being told we don't have a menu you can either see in advance, ideally choose from in advance, or even simply read onboard? Embarrassing, but not that surprising unfortunately. No menu as they didn’t load any on the flight.
It’s not major look what’s happening in other parts of the world . how was turbulence on the plane? Was it okay or bumpyNo menu loaded for SIN-SYD either. Even the wine list which I’d kept in my seat pocket from the previous sector had disappeared.
Apparently there’s a new menu starting on this route in the next couple of weeks and that caused some kind of mix-up.
No issues on any of the sectors, seatbelt sign didn't come on between takeoff and landing.how was turbulence on the plane? Was it okay or bumpy
Which leg was this?
