What's the cheapest (points + fees) reward booking available on QF atm?

QF has just switched on a promo with 30% off the points required for Economy Classic Flight Rewards on Qantas operated flights with a QF flight number to select Australian domestic and international destinations, and with that on, you could book SYD<>MEL for 5600 points and $40

They said bonus selection after 21 days and then 3 days for it to credit. I had assumed this was an upper end and it would be much faster - I can't see why it would not be immediate - but nearly a week after hitting green and I am still waiting...

Looks like they are making the fix and when the update goes into production we can redeem the status credits/points all at the same time . March 31st at the latest.

In theory it should be the a similar concept to the loyalty bonus select SCs or Points however we are talking about QF IT

I have made my flight booking. So the website should update to show 5/5 required tasks soon and then will be waiting for the 50SC option to appear.

It took two days for my flight to show as a green leaf.

I'm going to hold off hitting my 5 categories until April, so I can trigger the 50SC in my next membership year in July

I was thinking of doing this exact same thing but the way QF IT is, I can't help but worry that the reward choices might disappear when my membership resets on 1 July. Is this a reasonable fear or am I being paranoid?

It's entirely unknown at the moment - anything is possible but the terms are on our side, they explicitly say we have 90 days to choose the reward. Even if the choice form disappears, we have a good case for QFF to manually credit.

When is your membership anniversary? If you won't max your rollover SC quota you could wait an AFF member to confirm their green SC are included in the rollover (probably get some data points in the next month or two) - and assuming they do, just take the SC this year and roll them over to next.

Well I have achieved Green Tier, but when I select the option that popped up in the app to choose my reward there's no reward option to be found.

Just checked through Twitter, and it seems the change app icon feature was first brought in 3 years ago for iOS, but only now for Android.
