Anyone achieve green tier in their previous membership year, tick over their current membership year and have the five leaves reset, and have any luck with getting the quiz, etc to reset as well?

I'd like to achieve green tier for a second time as easily as I achieved it the first

I took it to be a one-off windfall. If it can be done again, so much the better, but I was not counting on it.

It's unclear what they intend to do with people seeking to requalify for a second year. I can't access any of the information on what I need to do to requalify when I am logged in, so maybe they are still working that out. Keen to hear experiences of others.

I can’t find the quiz to do it? Doesn’t come up on the app. Has it expired?

Ok, interesting development for me. Since trying to get the final leaf back in May with a carbon offset of an existing booking through manage my booking, last week I booked flights on Thursday, applied for carbon offset Friday through manage my booking, got informed of green status success on Saturday and selected SCs as the reward, which didn’t show up until Sunday… but long story short I am now finally done! Funny part is they didn’t deduct the points for the carbon offset from my account.

There was some anecdotal evidence on the ‘Qantas Points Collectors’ Facebook group that stated one person contacted Well-being support via the app help function and got them to give them the wellbeing quiz reward for a second time in their second year. I’m going to try it so will report back.

Hopefully it will eventually mean an automated fix for everyone that way they don't get full of requests.

Fwiw just bought my home offset and the green tick seemed to credit overnight. Still on four, waiting to find out about a flight before getting #5.

Advice: don't leave it til the last day of your membership year to qualify!

Looks like you can get the leaf by messaging them when you have 4/5 completed.

The Team is aware of the issue within the Qantas Wellbeing application, the Membership Year crossover and the impact to the members. They are working on the fix.

There are six options available to complete the Green Tier Status, but only five need to be completed.

If you have completed four of the six items, there is a manual work-around to allow you to complete the Green Tier Status between now and when the fix is released.

Have you completed four of the six Green Tier options this Membership Year?

Looks like you can get the leaf by messaging them when you have 4/5 completed.

Nice one, if I followed correctly, the missing tick is the one from the wellbeing survey, and the team can manually enable it, right?

But you can attain green status without the survey.
QF could tell you if the wellbeing survey is unavailable currently for whatever reason, there's a 6th option for the 5th green leaf.

Nup. Very annoying. I've got 2 leaves so far, though I should have 3 and I can't see which ones, unlike last year. And no sign of the quiz again...

Just got the 5/5 congratulations in the app.

When I press select reward button it just takes me to the about Green Tier page with nothing to actually do on the page, no options, no mention of selecting reward or a list of anything - just seems broken.

Doesn't seem to be any other page I can find in my QFF account to get back to the Select Bonus Reward page either. Good one Qantas.
