It has changed back and the quiz has returned. Some people including myself recently had the quiz reset in the Wellbeing app for the second year. I was able to complete it last month to get a leaf for my second year of green tier.I thought they removed the quiz as a method for earning a green leaf.
I tried this for a Qantas flight booked through Aadvantage and it didn’t work. The points never even got deducted from my account, just a message to say that my request to offset the flight had been received.You can seemingly offset any partner award flight through My Bookings - whether it results in a green leaf I could not say for certain:

I did it today for a half FJ, half QF award booking booked through QF. Points have been deducted at least.I still think you can offset partner awards booked through QFF.
