There is a points plus pay slider at the bottom that you need to slide across.
I don't think so. I think some people here are just guessing they might.
I suspect it could be considered a loyalty bonus, but we will see.Given it's not excluded in the T&Cs why wouldn't they roll over?
The way I found it was:
I bought the 1 dollar item with the Give Back donation in the same transaction
- Go to store.qantas.com
- Select gift cards from the top menu bar
- Under Sustainability select Climate Positive Delivery
Thanks all! I was able to add this 'Make a climate (positive) contribution' for $1 on it's own with no other items in the cart, and checked it out for 130 QFF points. 5 out of 5 [needed] for the Green tier now completedIt's an item in the store which you can add to your cart, I ended up paying for it with points because I couldn't work out how to pay with cash, and it saved me pulling out the CC.

Loyal to what?I suspect it could be considered a loyalty bonus, but we will see.
That will be my difficulty as work bookings may not include this.It would be great if you could add carbon offsetting to an already existing booking.
Maybe this can be done via the call center? More seriously, carbon offset are non refundable. I suspect booking an award with carbon offset, then canceling the flight for free should work.It would be great if you could add carbon offsetting to an already existing booking.
Decided to do the same, just in case the option is removed. Thanks all! I was able to add this 'Make a climate (positive) contribution' for $1 on it's own with no other items in the cart, and checked it out for 130 QFF points. 5 out of 5 [needed] for the Green tier now completed
Cheers,
Matt.

AFF Supporters can remove this and all advertisements
I will do a brand new booking with a new PNR.That will be my difficulty as work bookings may not include this.
To gain any status, you need to fly. This requires you adding anywhere between $1-$15 to the cost of that flight to offset it within a 12 month period. This is hardly requiring anyone to fly for the status specifically. So to gain Green status, saving the globe from climate change you need to take a flight & carbon offset it, burn that jet fuel...... The irony.
The whole carbon offsetting for flights is really a complete joke.... Do ppl actually think it's genuine! To gain any status, you need to fly. This requires you adding anywhere between $1-$15 to the cost of that flight to offset it within a 12 month period. This is hardly requiring anyone to fly for the status specifically.
