Qantas Green frequent flyer tier

Oh well 'Yes' then. Vic can decide whether this is the 'exclusive offer' that s/he is looking for.
It's exclusive in terms of next to bugger all other Green Tier members recieved the invite. Hens teeth??

Non-Exclusive in terms it was (the gin making class) just a bookable event by anyone on general public for guessing $150-200per head.

I heard very similar event happened in Sydney somewhere also. TBC though.

The invite I received was a gratis session (including +1).

For anyone who had issues with the quiz re-appearing in subsequent years, which support team did you have to contact to get it fixed? I tried contacting the Qantas Wellbeing App Support team this morning but they are fobbing me off to the Qantas Loyalty Team even after I've said that the quiz should be appearing on their app.

I asked them about that this morning and their response was that the Wellbeing app team don't have permissions to see the Quiz and that they have been directed to forward all enquiries to Loyalty, so it's highly likely that Loyalty is the way to go.

I got the same reply from them. I then submitted an online request to the QFF loyalty team and got a response of "please clear your browser cache or switch browsers". Usual Qantas garbage where they obviously didn't even read what I was asking about. Others that got this fixed did you have to ring directly?

My recent experience with "Qantas Loyalty" has been dreadful; useless would be being kind.

Got the below response from the Loyalty team after 4 days:
Thank you for contacting Qantas Frequent Flyer Contact Centre.

We sincerely hope this email finds you well.

We would like to inform you that Sustainability Quiz in Qantas Well being App is not yet available for the meantime since it is still currently updating. If you want to achieve Reduce your impact you can

Thanks.
Not even a time frame given for when it'll be up again.

QF IT consistent that's for sure.

I did The Quiz in GT year #1 no issues.

In GT year #2 it was not available, so I was gifted the points after calling loyalty as they acknowledged it wasn't resetting for anyone.

Now in GT tear #3 i can again complete the quiz but for whatever reason the quiz green leaf was already ticked so haven't bothered.

my membership end date is around a week away and if I select the GT 50SC reward before the end of the week, will I be able to then do GT from February and then get another GT 50SC or should I claim the GT 50SC reward after my membership end date?

If you don’t need the 50SC to achieve/retain status for your current membership year, then I’d select the reward once your new year commences. You will be able to complete GT again in the new membership year, but as I understand it, you won’t receive the new 50SC reward offering (i.e. for completing GT in the new membership year) until that membership year concludes.

lol I got this exact same excuse mid last year. Apparently it takes over 6 months to update the app to make a simple quiz reappear.

Haven't had any green tier events by email, despite having all the incoming mail boxes ticked on their website. Am I missing something? Or have there been none?

I'm in my 3rd year of GT and have only seen 1 event and I was out of the country when it was scheduled.

To my knowledge there have only been 2 (1 each in Vic and 1 in NSW) certainly not regular events.

Red Energy Green leaf finally came through, though warranted 2 calls to Loyalty and needed to email copy of bill and contract page for verification ( I waited 6 weeks before contacting them)

Question : now that I have achieved green tier and it is reflected on my App, do I get an email to choose my reward?

According to the T&Cs, the option to select your reward will appear in My Account 21 days after the member has achieved Green Tier.

Well at each of those events, 1 mel 1 syd as you posted they're were multiple sessions over a weekend. The mel event I remember 4 or 5 sessions at the gin making course.

So to be fair it may have been 10 sessions / events overall between Vic NSW.

But they were snapped up very quickly obviously.

This was my experience. I replied saying I cleared the wellbeing app cache and data, signed back in and it still wasn't visible. I did do those things and not surprisingly the quiz had not appeared.

After another week or so loyalty emailed me again saying they manually credited the leaf.
