Well at each of those events, 1 mel 1 syd as you posted they're were multiple sessions over a weekend. The mel event I remember 4 or 5 sessions at the gin making course.

So to be fair it may have been 10 sessions / events overall between Vic NSW.

But they were snapped up very quickly obviously.

Requalified for GT in December, and membership year crossed over yesterday. Was never able to select a reward and all leaves reset.

A quick call to the contact centre yesterday and case raised. Less than 24 hours later, reward manually credited.

Surprised they didn’t say to wait another day.

I understand the subsequent GT year reward appears within about 48 hrs of QFF member year rollover.

Glad to hear this was easy for you. Mine (end september) required quite a number of calls over a few weeks to get it sorted.

Makes me nervous about doing the same for Mrs Excel who will not want to spend time on the phone to chase.

I think I got lucky with the consultant I spoke to. Sometimes they are really good, know what they are doing and go the extra mile.

I spoke to 'Irene' from the Manilla (presumably) contact centre yesterday to raise the query and she followed up with a call this morning to re-confirm my reward selection and 15 mins later it was showing in my account.

I just retrospectively offset a booking... And surprise surprise I didn't get the green leaf.

I know I've gone through this before, but I can't remember how to resolve this.

Can anyone advise the quickest way to fix this and get the green leaf?
I'm only pleb silver

I had a similar issue last year and emailed the [email protected] as suggested by a fellow members. Was eventually resolved after a few weeks with a follow up call.

Have just completed the "Give back" donation via Qantas Marketplace. I think in the past you could pay extra for a climate positive delivery and get the "Choose sustainable" leaf.

Did not get that option this year - checkout for the item was flagged as free delivery.

48 hrs has been typical for a leaf to sprout but excellent to hear a retro offset add on posted automatically!

From memory, you just add the delivery item to you shopping bag and then add the other item - which could be a Tassie Holiday home offset or the giveback etc and then pay for both at checkout.

Did anyone else just get the survey (with 200 points for the first 1,000 respondents) about Green Tier? Interesting that they're considering more options including ongoing rewards for green tier for regular activities. Could some positive enhancements be on the horizon?

I just got my points for doing this survey, not sure about anyone else given the claimed 1,000 participant cap.

Is anyone else having trouble with the sustainability quiz? If I click on the link in the Green Tier page it opens the wellbeing app but not the quiz, and I can't find the quiz anywhere else in the app.

I rang QFF about it and was told the quiz isn't available at the moment as it's being replaced.
