re: Qantas launches "Aquire" business frequent flyer program.

I am still unable to view my Aquire statement :-(

I am changing from a promoter of the Aquire program to a demoter. I am not a happy customer and Aquire do not seem interested.

Nothing more frustrating than being caught in the middle like this :(

re: Qantas launches "Aquire" business frequent flyer program.

Bit confused by my Aquire account at the moment. I transferred all my points out at the end of last month so a zero balance. Since then I have had 4 people fly and nearly 30,000 points, but they are all still pending. If I am in last year's membership still, then they should still be converted points. If I am in the new membership year, then I have met the criteria and they should still be converted. However my account says 0/2 and 0 converted points. Any ideas?

re: Qantas launches "Aquire" business frequent flyer program.

My 15k or so pending points will be wiped on April 30. Really not much point continuing as a sole flyer below the threshold.

re: Qantas launches "Aquire" business frequent flyer program.

No complaints from me since beginning...currently 615,000 points with several thousand already transferred for upgrades. I am one of the lucky ones in that everything has posted as the program stated. Worked very well for me:)

re: Qantas launches "Aquire" business frequent flyer program.

Received an email today:

Dear CFWM,

Congratulations, your business has now been an Aquire Member for one year. We hope you've had a successful 12 months, and Aquire has helped make it even more rewarding.

Since joining Aquire, you have achieved xx,xx_ points towards your Qantas Annual Earn Target of 20,000 points from flying. While you haven't quite reached the target this membership year, we want to recognise you for being one of the first members to join our program. As a special one-off thank you, we are waiving the target this month for selected members and will be converting your xx,xx_ points to active Aquire Points1. They will be in your business' Aquire account shortly2.

So it seems they are trying to save those of us who haven't quite met the quota for the year. Hopefully some others get this offer too.

By shortly, they mean in 2 weeks, but I shouldn't look a gift horse in the mouth.

Yep, got the email as well. Free points are free points...

re: Qantas launches "Aquire" business frequent flyer program.

I've received the bonus 500 points too. I guess I'll have to reach the 20k for the next year to be able to redeem them though, as I'm no where near the minimum 3000 points, having transferred some out the other day.

No bonus for me even though I sat next to the head of Aquire at the Loyalty lunch last year

re: Qantas launches "Aquire" business frequent flyer program.

May I ask how many points you got last year? I made over 700K last year and current balance is 615K but only got 500 bonus.
About 3000 pending points, hence the sorry you didn't make it but here's a little bonus for you. If you made 700k you don't really need the boost...

I also earned a few thousand (3-4?) and have been given 2000 as a bonus. "Give with one hand..."

Blackcat20, maybe we need to put our heads together! ;)

re: Qantas launches "Aquire" business frequent flyer program.

My points have posted, yay! Planning to leave the points in Aquire for the time being as I may still rack up a few non-QF points over the next few months and you can only convert 3,000 at a time.

Mine too. A nice little bonus stash. Almost makes up for the 1000 to 800 point minimum FF points downgrade...

In the pile for J>F upgrades or OW J/F Awards.

re: Qantas launches "Aquire" business frequent flyer program.

I got the 500 bonus points but I won't know when they post as I am still unable to look at my activity statement. On a positive note, after 5 weeks of pestering, Aquire seem to have finally acknowledged there is a problem and I can see they are now trying to fix it.
