Qantas Lounge Pass Portal Not Working?

I just tried and got the same message displayed. Have they temporarily suspended the use of lounge passes and disabled this webpage?

I presume any lounge passes that people hold will be extended so they don't expire?

not sure what the problem is, but had day return trip SYD-BNE-SYD yesterday and this error popped up several times... At the lounge they said a few people had said the same.

Similar issue for me - been trying to link a couple of invitations and it always says:

You’re unable to redeem a Lounge Invitation on this occasion.

I have reached out to FF support, and gotten a generic answer that didn't offer any resolution.. Anyone have any ideas?

Try switching browsers?
Edge throws up problems with various Qantas pages from time to time. Logging in with Chrome "usually" give a positive result.
I have no idea why 😕

Thanks for the suggestion, but l did try both Chrome and Edge without luck. These two bookings originate in Brisbane and Sydney, which l thought woould be lounges that are open at the moment, so l don't think that's the issue... Very annoying!

Slight thread hijacking ..... but has anyone been able to link a pass to a flight originating from MEL?

From the Complimentary Pass website, I can link passes to flights departing ASP, SYD and BNE (although when I go in it says "Already has access" obviously as a WP.

However my two flights departing MEL don't show up at all even to deny the link. One booking is me travelling alone. The other is me travelling with 3 other pax who don't have lounge access and the flight doesn't even show up.

I've noticed that too the other day that flights originating from MEL can't be linked. When Victoria had the lockdown earlier this month Qantas closed the lounge. May be they haven't updated the invitation portal when they re-opened the lounge I think from this week.

I am still experiencing this issue. Anyone else?

According to the Service Updates page as of the 15th March the QANTAS Club is still closed. See Service updates | Qantas

Once both domestic lounges are open, not just one, they should hopefully start accepting lounge invitations again outside of peak travelling times.

Thanks - I looked there but not closely enough. Business lounge is open but not club.

I'm having this same problem now. A look at the code behind the page indicates a local validation error: "Pass used for Redeemption does not belong to Frequent Flyer" (sic)

This looks like a website bug to me. Would love to hear any suggestions on how to fix apart from waiting hours on hold which just ain't worth it.

I thought to print out the page showing the error and presenting it to the lounge, honestly though with the good chance I'll get rejected do I risk spoiling the excitement of travel again just to get a free coffee and cake.

Had the same issue PER-ADL in November last year, copied the error message which was accepted in Perth, but had to argue the toss in Adelaide for the return leg, with them eventually conceding the point.

Is anyone having issues linking complimentary lounge pass at SYD domestic lounge recently? I am keep getting this error when trying to link the booking:
