Qantas online Mall, cookies and points

is there a specific Qantas mall email - the one used for "Your points are on their way" bounced so I sent the email again to the QFF address. Might need to ring them as have hear nothing. I bought from DJs in early November but some of my points from early December shop have posted - go figure. Consistent inconsistency again.
 
Looks like Ebay is 1 point per $ per the mall. Seems that CashBackRewards are in the same boat with Ebay dropping their % rate to.
 
I've sent 3 emails to Qantas about my missing 10K "balance" of points from same order had no reply, why am I not surprised, simply awful service. I called and asked why did I receive such an odd number of points as they did not relate to the purchase price, they had no idea (whats new) suggested the rest will come in 6 weeks, I guess this is another cough Q "enhancement" :(
 
I'm still waiting for mine. Did you just e-mail the standard frequent flyer e-mail? Might be time for me to chase also.

Yes, sent to standard e-mail. Gave all the details including what the bonus points I should have received were. Tried to make it as easy as possible!
 
Just had a call from Qantas, my missing mall points will be in my account by end of the month.
 
Good news for some then. In frustration at not hearing anything I posted on QF FB page and lo and behold, was contacted to provide details so that they can follow up. Will wait with bated breath for some points.

But some excitement - my bonus points for the second DJs purchase have posted during the day - yay!
 
Pleased to report all Q points from Mall purchase have now arrived 2 weeks earlier than told :)
 
I also seem to have received some points listed as "Christmas 2x". But I can't resolve the number of points given to any purchase made near Christmas..

The Christmas x2 is double the usual for wherever you shop and mine does match up. There was an initial post and now this extra post of the same number of points. I received these for the second of my two DJs shops but nothing posted for the first earlier in November.
 
I've had a x2 Christmas points entry today. For those who made multiple transactions with the one trader, did your bonus points post as a bulk entry? I'll need to calculate my purchases to see whether I need some more to post.

Had one buy for 2 items in the mall the Q points came in 2 lots, though didn't correlate to either of the items.

Buy was early Dec. 1st lot arrived 2 weeks later rest arrived today whole points process rather weird.

yes it was a single bulk entry for my 2 purchases

Yes. I had 3 purchases from 2 traders, and all were credited in one bulk entry.
 
I assume the Christmas 2x term is generic, I purchased from Microsoft under 4x and DJ's at 8x, but the figure simply doesn't add up to any purchase total, total x2 or the 4x and 8x..
 
DJs was 10 pts/$
Which is X2 the usual 5 pts/$ so the points I received make perfect sense to me - one posting of the original points (x5 per $) and one posting of bonus points (the same amount which makes it 10 pts/$ overall).
As I have not received any points (still and still following up) for my purchase at DJs on 11 November this latest point posting is for one transaction only (30 November). YMMV.

Does it match up to your purchases excluding GST and any delivery charges? Mine from Iconic and Kathmandu do when I take these off the total.

Note that a few of the stores have T&Cs containing "Tax and delivery charges are not included in customer rewards. Discounts or offer codes not provided by this site will result in members not earning Qantas Points for a purchase." on the store's page of the mall. I don't know if it across the board with all stores.
 
Success! My points and bonus points for the first of my DJs shop (8 November) have been posted. What I found got some action was to make a post on the QF FB page; had a message back within a day and then followed up with a message today to say the points have been credited. I had to send them a copy of the invoice from DJs and I also included the email to say that the points were on their way.
