ages to connect with agent (sometimes not being able to verify status) and having to call back etc. Needed help and not able to connect in time.
no reply to email in a timely manner (read, days)
questioned and initially stopped from walking across to domestic transfer from international (QF flight number, EK metal)
on the plus side: was able to get an earlier flight last wk when others were not so lucky and had to spend and extra half a day, sorting a few reward seats.
