The wine has to "breathe" as some would say ...Personally I've found leaving it opened and out on the bench for 24-48 hours really brings out it's true potential

A unique P1 edition, according to the letter from AJCurious as to what gin it is - the four pillars QF100?
From what understand AJ came from (many years ago) a marketing background, whatever others think of him he still seems to be a master when it comes to being a spin doctor.Letter implies it's new. And just for us. (Which makes me suspicious!)

Just read it again. Talks about a limited edition, co-creation with Four Pillars of a citrus forward gin (which sounds like spin but I'm told is an actual thing with gin).
While the champagnes we've received in the past are no doubt of higher value, personally I much prefer spirits so am happy as well as appreciative of the return of the gifts. A Tasmanian whiskey though would have been better!
And seeing the messages this morning reminded me of the Sendle saga, and the quests to understand why some of us received different gifts and letters to others. When such matters had more importance in our DYKWIA minds!
