T&Cs: Complimentary Lounge Invitations will be assigned to the member’s account within two weeks of qualifying for Points Club.
No idea if that what is happening in practice.
 
I would have thought they come after your anniversary date.

For example, I have also already requalified but don’t expect to see new passes until March as my anniversary date is February 28. Besides which, a member might reach PC Plus before their anniversary and earn QP membership instead of passes.
IIRC when I qualified for Points Club last year, the lounge passes were credited the next day.

I would still expect Qantas to credit me the 2x lounge passes even if I did qualify for PC Plus as that was one of the "benefits" of PC and those 2 additional passes will be very useful if I'm travelling with family/friends (can now bring in 3 people to the lounge).

OK - just checked the expiry on my vouchers, and it's September 4, 2022, so likely they were issued on September 5 , 2021, which was just after my membership year rolled over (August year ending). I retained PC in July.

I retained PC in June (possibly early July) and my QFF (and PC) membership rolls over July / August. I recall it took about 2 wks for the QP passes to appear - not that I needed them but I was curious at the time because the prior ones expired early June (which must have been the date I first qualified for PC). The new ones expire 03 Aug.
 
So, are we thinking for the QP vouchers that it’s 1st point of qualification + about 2 weeks for the initial pair, and then aligned to membership year for subsequent renewals?

Yes. Pretty much the same way it works if attaining and then retaining silver with the single lounge pass for that.
 
Stupid covid meant I couldn't use Points Clubs perks last year or this year. Qantas did roll over 2020 Points Club until 2021 for me, but alas due to lock downs I just couldn't travel (did have an NT trip booked).

Very annoying...
 
Same boat, but I can confirm that in my case, points club plus did not have a soft landing to points club.
The complimentary lounge invites I obtained when first hitting PC were not extended or put on hold through covid restrictions or when hitting PC+. So they're gone.
I hit gold in the fast track last year, but I don't imagine the two are connected.
 
Would anyone have recent experiences on how long the Points Club 250k milestone bonus reward (2.5k points) is taking to post?

SO's credited next calendar day when she reached 250k around 6 months ago, mine hasn't yet shown up 6 days later. Wondering how long to give it - T&C don't stipulate how long they take.

7 days for me. Posted on the last day of the month. Is that the case for your SO? Maybe it's a once a month batch job.

Thanks very much - hers was also on the last day of the month so I guess I've just missed the cut off. I'll report back when mine posts.
 
Since QPC started, I have managed to get to QPC+ each year. My Qantas club lounge access shows on my membership card.
BUT
I do not get any emails from QFF in relation to QPC. I have just passed 150,000 points for this year (started 1 July) but nothing from QF, to say congrats or vouchers. Last year I had to chase to get any vouchers for accommodation/wine etc.
Every where tells me to have the box ticked to receive emails, below is screen capture, I have emailed QF months ago, and called yesterday (said would get back to me - haven't yet)
Can anyone tell me why I am not getting emails from QPC??

I'm not sure what emails you are expecting but as PC+ I haven't received many.

I didn't get this either.

I requalified for PC in July and have a Sept anniversary. Still no voucher !

Have you “opted in” to receive marketing emails? Check your preferences. Then untick “exclusive offers”, refresh, and tick box again. Like turning the computer off and back on, it might help.

There is a small gotcha with email, does it apply to you?

"If the email address is shared across multiple accounts, all accounts linked to the email must be opted in to receive ‘Exclusive offers for Qantas Frequent Flyer Members’ email marketing to receive the voucher."

Otherwise, hotel voucher is meant to be send within 21 days of qual or requal, and wine voucher during the month of your birthday. Qff team will eventually get back to you with the vouchers

Yes. I was already PC+ when the Qantas Hotels vouchers were announced and received my first on 25 May 2021.

I then retained PC+ with a membership anniversary on 30 Jun, and received a second voucher on 7 Jul 2021.

In both cases the subject line was "Your exclusive Points Club Plus $100 Qantas Hotels voucher is enclosed" and the email came from [email protected]. In terms of which marketing lists you need to have accepted, the footer of the email mentions:

Points Club Plus members will receive a $100 Qantas Hotels voucher for each Membership Year they attain Points Club Plus. Vouchers will be sent within 21 days of attaining Points Club Plus. You must have a valid email address and be opted in to receive 'Exclusive offers for Qantas Frequent Flyer Members' email marketing to receive the voucher. If the email address is shared across multiple accounts, all accounts linked to the email must be opted in to receive 'Exclusive offers for Qantas Frequent Flyer Members' email marketing to receive the voucher.
