Qantas Points Club Discussion

When requalifying PC+, is the 100$ voucher sent shortly after requilifying, or after the end of the membership year? I couldn't find a clear answer (granted that Qantas might have changed the timing of issuing this voucher).
I've just ticked over to PC+ and I received an email within a week to let me know, and included the $100 Hotel Voucher and the two $50 Wine vouchers
 
I've pushed since the start of this membership year, now smashed through 250k to over 300k points and well and truly on track to make PC+ before end of July.
Mine came pretty much almost immediately last year. Was credited on the same day.
Did the 5k bonus count towards the 350k target?

That 2500 would get Mrs Rich over the line, but still waiting after 3 weeks. Today's Woolworths online shop will do it as well.

Has she got the points? They should credit to Points Club straight away when they are awarded if they are ever going to credit. Maybe I just got lucky.

No, she hit 250k on 11 Feb, but is still waiting for the 2500. I feel it could be tied in with the issues they had posting points, but it is well past the promised date of 24 Feb for everything to be fixed. She will hit 350k tomorrow, so PC+ and therefore QP should be sorted well before our next travels at the end of this month.

I missed at least a week of the Wellness points that were never retrospectively posted but it would be too much effort to work it out and chase it.
 
The 250k milestone credited correctly in my first Points Club year, but in the subsequent two years it hasn't and I've needed to contact QFF to get it manually credited.

And then you get the joy of dealing with numerous staff telling you that the system works fine and it's a one-time bonus ... several HUACAs required.
 
At least you get priority access to the call centre as a PC member.

Never had a wait to speak to the QFF team.. it's reservations where you need the priority!
 
I believe it was discussed earlier up thread that requal benefits land on or around anniversary date.

For the first time, recently (about 1 mth ago) I requal’d PC well before my anniversary date (ie 6mths in) and apart from the banner congratulating me, nothing new has appeared. I assume if I were to get to PC+ (unlikely) the additional benefits would appear sooner.

Or never, last year i requalified and no hotel voucher ever arrived, logged a request and followed up by phone several times and just gave up, as the time not worth $50. Will be interesting to see if i get anything when i requalify this year.

Did your PC dashboard update to the new version that shows vouchers etc? Mine took ages to update but when I ticked over PC last June or July, I did receive one of the vouchers via email and few weeks later my dashboard finally updated showing both hotel and wine (and some legacy ones!). Since using all available vouchers, both mine and SYD+1 dashboards have reverted to the old PC style.… 💁
 
I have the new dashboard but it only shows one used wine voucher. Response to ticket was check your spam but it never went there.

My green tier briefly updated but that has reverted will be interesting to see if that resolves itself for my 3rd green tier year.
 
I can't find vouchers anywhere. How do you navigate there?
