Hi all I was just looking for my PC+ wine and hotel vouchers (which i last saw a few weeks ago in my FF online account). They now seem to have disappeared or at least I can no longer find them. They have not expired - some were good to October. Can anyone help? I do recall that they were hard to find last year for a while..

Have your PC dashboards reverted to the old style? The new version has the vouchers at the top.

Mine reverted back a few weeks ago but fortunately I’d use up everything.

If you’re seeing the old version perhaps try logging a debacle/complaint form.

Thanks for this info, I've just been approved for another churn card with Westpac - just to clarify, are you saying that when I log in again after 14 months of the account being closed ) with new credentials I'm guessing) that the letters might still be there? ta

i have a bank account with Westpac so my log in details didn't change. I'm not sure if in your case whether the notice will be there as you may be set up as a new customer.

I seem to have not been getting the latest WP newsletter and most recent promos from PC+. I'm still subscribed to everything so go figure.

I need to book a couple of domestic sectors in Japan and I'm weighing up revenue vs redemption.

Anyone have a recent experience on the status of JL flights booked as a classic award?

Do they have similar attributes to BA flight numbers when booked as a redemption?

2,500 bonus just hit my account this evening, 10 days after eligibility. Unsure if linked to the query i raised yesterday on the qff webform

I have 31/1 anniversary and received the PC+ 100 SCs on 2/2. But didn't receive the WP status support rollover till 10/3.
