Qantas Points Not Posting?

I've checked my QFF statement today and notice the last transaction was from over a week ago when I flew MEL > BNE. Since then I've had a number of activities that triggered additional points accrual such as earning points on Qantas Wellbeing and completing a stay on Jan 22 at the Mercure North Melbourne which haven't posted.

Is anyone else noticing they haven't had transactions post in a week or am I the only one here?

It's definitely a thing - my Wellness points haven't posted since 17 January, although I have received Red Energy, Woolworths and QANTAS flights.

and credit card earn as well. Maybe something to do with their recent 'maintenance'.

It’s been covered in the Qantas Points Collector FB page, seems to be some issue….I’m awaiting points and bonus points from CBA, am currently about a week past the Dec 2022 posting date

I had some Binge points post today, but apart from that nothing since 23rd Jan (other than points and SC for flights which have been posting normally) which seems to correlate with reports from other people saying they haven't got anything recently.

My take on TheInsider‘s comment is that its not an Error. There is just no availability.

In any event good to see I’m not the only one who has noticed this. Perhaps QR changed their T&Cs on their PC to forbid QFF members from earning points in retaliation for QF’s recent move!

A reader would have noticed that the link I posted took you to a post dated 19 Jan 2023 concerning prospective website downtime and the image refers to a website outage 25 Jan, which dates are uncannily close to the 'no posting since' dates reported above.

I think the same thing happened when VA did some website maintenance, and this attracted scorn from some quarters ...

Yeah, that'll show them! Maybe Al Baker will amend the Privilege Club T&Cs to abolish the QFF program altogether!

Hmmm ... after reading this i checked.

Qantas Wellbeing rewards had been posting every 6 or 7 days, but none have posted since Jan 22nd - 10 days so far.

I've had points post all throughout January and now into February - including David Jones Amex, Qantas Amex, Red Planet, Everyday Rewards. Seems to be in order for me.

WWR points instant transfer.
Red Planet next day.
An Uber ride from Friday posted today.
I did have some delay in NAB pts but they’ve arrived this week.

SCs for a reward flight on Friday arrived Sat for me. That seemed a little quicker than normal. So no rhyme nor rythem?

2-Feb:
* Uber Airport ride points form 26th and 29th
* Qantas Insurance points
* Amex Qantas Ultimate credit card points

1-Feb:
* Points club insurance bonus points

31st Jan:
* DSC for flight from 26th Jan

29th Jan:
* Points and standard SCs fro flights taken on 29th

26th Jan:
* Points and standard SCs fro flights taken on 26th

Am still waiting on:
* Qantas Hotels Points Club bonus points from a Stay 28 Dec - 3rd Jan
* DSCs from Travel Pass for flights taken on 28th Dec and 3rd Jan
* DSCs from flights taken on 29th Jan
* Points form an All Accor hotel stay 26-29 Jan
