Has anyone disputed a charge on this card? I paid a bill by mistake on the 'wrong' card. Is there any particular line I should take to get them to agree to reverse it? The amount is confirmed - no longer pending.
100% need to call the company you paid to do a refund. Chargeback would be denied and chargebacks cost a fair bit of money to the companies getting it.

I did ask the merchant. But I think that’s a good idea, I’ll ring them and tell them I’m going to pay it again. We’ll see what happens.

Applied on a weekend and was approved within the week, card received the next Tuesday. No call, really easy.

I've reached minimum spend (thanks to holidays I was holding out on booking), now I'm just waiting for the first statement and hopefully bonus points.

Any idea when Citi will put this card onto their Apple Pay platform?

That's the only thing holding me back from getting it a second time.
And as a result ANZ keeps my business

Has anyone had bonus points credited lately? Seems a bit all over the shop with some people getting them quick and some after a fair delay.

Minimum spend was made a while ago now and nothing yet.

Persistance pays off sometimes... I kicked up a bit of a stink about the denied application and lodged a complaint. Just got the text/email bombardment that the card has been approved.

Oh and for those who have cancelled and reapplied some time later (over a year for me), does your old card number still appear in your profile? I’m concerned it may impact on the bonus points.

Yep, my previously closed card is still visible, but the bonus points for card #2 are on the latest statement. :)

Yes, it's still there. However, they always know about previous card applications anyway.

Bonus points not affected for me (approved for the same card in under 12 months period)

Has anyone had the 3x or 5x bonus points for a month credit yet? Not quite the 10 weeks waiting period for February yet but just curious.

Since February I've had 3x, 3x, 5x and now 3x for May. If they keep this up I'll have to rethink cancelling in June when my annual fee is due again.

Hmm I have only had one of theses 3 x offers back in December and the extra points never posted.

Interesting this card is giving up to 100K points - you get 70K when you reach the spend but the other 30K you get when you renew in a year - I hope other cards don't take this on board

Yes to get the full 100k you have to pay a total of $448 ( for two years). Equivalent fee to Amex ultimate but without the travel credit, although the Qantas card (atm) pays 1:1 points

That’s my experience too
That is a worry and I have printed copies of each offer and my activation which were all done within the activation period. With so far about 80K in bonus points owing I won't be letting them off the hook I can tell you
